Alteration service from physical store applicable to FULL PRICE and NON-DISCOUNT products purchased from E-Shop only.

Receive your order
Receipt of the purchase will be emailed to you when you order is dispatched.

Redeem the alteration service
Bring the receipt and delivered products to any of our physical store (excludes Citygate and Horizon Plaza) to redeem the service within 30 days from the purchase.

Terms and conditions
- Customer needs to present the receipt at store to claim the free alteration within 30 days of purchase.
- The store will assist in measuring and assessing the ideal fit for you with your products.
- We offer up to a maximum of three parts of free alteration, including basic and plain stitching (valued at HKD 300). For exact coverage and scope, please refer to the advice from our store staff.
- Alterations typically take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the order and the working schedule of our alteration partners. For exact lead time, please refer to the advice from our store staff.
- This service applies to any full-price items purchased from March 1 to April 30, 2025.
- SMCP Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this service without further notice.
